Presentations of training establishments and programmes

The Rafael del Pino Foundation welcomes the world’s most prestigious educational establishments. At these presentations promoted by the Alumni Association, the most highly-renowned international universities and business schools describe their facilities, syllabuses and postgraduate programmes.

The presentations are attended by students who stand out because of their academic excellence and who wish to continue their studies and training at these prestigious educational establishments.

In 2008, the prestigious INSEAD Business School acknowledged the training efforts of the Foundation. Christopher Redo, INSEAD’s Director of Development, presented a commemorative plaque to the Foundation’s President María del Pino and Trustee Leopoldo del Pino at the Foundation on 1 April 2008.

In order year by year to raise the profile of the candidates for the Foundation’s scholarships for postgraduate studies, the Association organises presentations of the scholarship scheme for final year university students at which former scholars describe their personal experience. The Alumni Association held two such presentations in 2008: one in Madrid, on 12 March 2008, at the Polytechnic University College of Industrial Engineers; and the second, in Barcelona, on 27 March 2008, at Barcelona University Faculty of Economics.
