Meetings of the Board of Trustees are attended by Amadeo Petitbò Juan, Director of the Foundation; Eusebio Vidal-Rivas, Director of Casa Grande de Cartagena, and Vicente J. Montes Gan, Deputy Director of the Foundation, who may all speak, but not vote, thereat.

The Board of Trustees of the Foundation held ordinary meetings on 26 May and 11 December 2008, and an extraordinary meeting on 21 July 2008. At the latter meeting, the Board of Trustees appointed María del Pino y Calvo-Sotelo President of the Foundation.

In accordance with the provisions of articles of association, Executive Committee meetings are attended by the Director of the Foundation, Amadeo Petitbò Juan. By special invitation from the President, the following may also attend: Eusebio Vidal-Ribas, Director of Casa Grande de Cartagena; José Ignacio Ysasi-Ysasmendi y Pemán, Deputy Secretary of the Board of Trustees, and Vicente J. Montes Gan, Deputy Director of the Foundation.

The Executive Committee of the Foundation met on 30 January, 1 April, 11 April, 12 May, 17 September, 11 November, 20 November and 1 December 2008.
